For certified Open Water Divers ready to expand their skills, the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course at Satun Dive is the perfect next step. Over two days, you’ll complete five dives, including the required deep dive and navigational dive. The deep dive takes you to 30 meters, where you’ll learn to manage the physiological effects of deeper diving. During the navigational dive, you’ll practice finding your way using a compass and natural underwater landmarks—a fun yet challenging skill.
Beyond the mandatory dives, you can choose three adventure dives based on your interests. Options include Peak Performance Buoyancy, where you’ll master the art of hovering weightlessly; Rescue Skills, learning how to assist panicked divers; or Wreck Diving, which combines exploration with underwater acrobatics if the conditions allow.
